A disciplined journey from the Army to IT,
Where passion for technology meets a drive for excellence.
After over six years in the Army—where discipline and dedication shaped my mindset—I made a bold career shift into IT in 2018. In 2019, I started from scratch as a Level 1 support technician, driven by passion and encouraged by people who believed in my potential. This opportunity laid the groundwork for a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of IT, and sparked a journey of continuous learning and growth.
I’ve built strong IT support skills through years of Level 1 and 2 experience, working closely with users to resolve technical issues across Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments. I’m certified in Azure (AZ-104, MS-900) and AWS (CLF-C02), and passionate about automation and process optimization using PowerShell and Python. Currently, I contribute to infrastructure projects and support cloud operations in collaboration with architects and project teams.
I’m passionate about deepening my skills in cloud administration, with a strong focus on optimization, automation, and scalability. I enjoy learning and continuously challenging myself—currently exploring Python, AI, and Docker to broaden my expertise. To strengthen my foundation, I’m pursuing the SC-300 and MS-102 certifications. I’m also completing a Bachelor's-level diploma to align my academic background with my technical path and long-term ambitions.
